Unilever Food Solutions has a constant need to attract and retain talent to deliver their ambitious strategy, however company employer branding is not consistent externally, and internally the business wanted to attract more staff from the retail business. Our brief was to create a clear employer identity that will help find and retain the best people for the Unilever business.
Response: We created a globally aligned Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that clearly defines the nature of the business and the benefits of working within Food Solutions, aiming to create a sense of pride and belonging within the existing UFS community. Key reasons why employees love working within UFS and personal success stories were identified as a platform for communications, which included video testimonials, HR PowerPoint presentations, a digital magazine for local translation and recruitment ad templates.
