To accompany the relaunch of the Ask search engine and TV campaign, we were tasked with creating an application for Ask Jeeves.

Brief: The application needed to allowed the user to dress up the famous Ask Jeeves character.

Response: We worked alongside internationally renown visual effects company, Framestore – who were responsible with supplying the assets of the new improved Jeeves and his plethora of outfits. In total, there are over 100,000 different possible outfit combinations within the application, including more garish getups such as a Las Vegas era Elvis, Superman and Austin Powers, along with more refined and stylish numbers supplied by Savile Row tailors Gieves & Hawkes, and popular clothing brand Ben Sherman. The application operates with an intuitive drag and drop mechanism, making it quick, easy, and most importantly fun for the search engines’ broad audience base to engage with the application, and encourage exploration and repeat visits through the wealth of content available.Users are encouraged to share the fun promotional tool with their friends via direct email and social networks, and even have the option to make their own fantastic Jeeves creation the star of the Ask.co.uk homepage.
