Fire & Ice Creative won a 5 way pitch to re brand the Thelma Hulbert Gallery.
Brief: To re brand the THG to reflect the gallery and its growth, to give it a contemporary feel and the reflect the values - personal, engaging, inspiring and quality. As the arts become more competitive there is a need for people to be reminded why Thelma Hulbert Gallery is unique and important.
Response: Fire & Ice designed a new identity for East Devons only public art exhibition space, the Thelma Hulbert Gallery. The newly refurbished gallery opened in June 2010 thanks to a 68k grant from the Arts Council matched funding by East Devon District Council. The new logo has been applied to the interior and exterior signage, exhibition brochure, newsletter, private view invites and posters A4-A1 and all promotional items. Corporate guidelines and templates have also been created.
