Designed by digital agency Code Computerlove who is also handling digital marketing activity for the last minute holiday specialist, the fun infographic is helping to raise awareness of Latedeals’ new website and brand during the key summer season.
According to the research there are 80 ways you could travel round the world using forms of transport from hovercraft and a jet pack, to an electric milk float or on ice skates.
The list also unveils that it would take a total of 24 years and 61 hours to travel round the world using all 80 methods of travel.
The quickest way to make it round the globe would be by rocket, which would take just over eight hours, travelling at 3,100 mph, followed by a magic carpet which would travel at 1,037 mph and take one day.
At the other end of the scale, the slowest way would be by canoe, which would take a time-consuming 1037 days and 14 hours, travelling at 1mph, followed by travelling by camel that would take just under a year – 345 days and 21 hours.
