Five by Five, the launch activation agency, has been appointed by Intertissue Ltd to support the re-launch of the Regina brand in the UK and Ireland with its new kitchen towel product range.

Regina, most commonly known for the market-leading household towel Blitz, will see Thirst Pockets come under its portfolio alongside the established XXL and Wish, a new product launching over the coming months.

Five by Five will begin working immediately across all four product lines, with its first task to develop a nationwide launch campaign set to go live this summer. The agency will also be responsible for the digital strategy and video content creation across all social media channels, aimed at generating and building interest pre and post launch.

Intertissue Ltd is part of the Sofidel group one of the world’s leading tissue manufacturers. This includes toilet paper, napkins, kitchen paper, handkerchiefs and tissues.

Graeme Bralsford, marketing and sales director UK & Ireland at Intertissue Limited said: “Having worked with Five by Five in a previous role, I know how great they are at creating stand out launch strategies. It sits at the heart of what they do and they are quite simply best in class. There really was no other choice when it came to appointing an agency to support our forthcoming initiatives.”

George Roberts, client services director at Five by Five, adds: “Regina prides itself on delivering and producing outstanding products that consumers love using again and again. Despite these core consumers loving the brand, it is a low interest category so our challenge is to understand why these consumers rave about it and then bring that to life in a compelling campaign.”
