St William, part of the Berkeley Group, has announced its new residential development Elmswater - named and branded by Columns, after a 3-way pitch.
Inspired by and immersed in the development’s surroundings, Columns created an identity that captured the essence of this tranquil setting. This core thought of living, inspired by water, flowed throughout St William’s marketing materials, including advertising, video, a combined host and floor plan brochure, and hoardings.
