Raining Money

The brief was to illustrate an article about University Vice-Chancellors' pay packets - how they undertake a lot of other responsibilities along with their Vice-Chancellorship which bring in extra cash along with their paypacket.

 The image was used on a cover so it had to be simple and striking. I went for the symbol of an umbrella to represent the mutliple roles of the Vice-Chancellor and added a little twist by having the money raining from inside rather than outside it.

The client was extremely pleased with the final piece.
