This is a self promotional piece of artwork, using the concept of a specimen container with all kinds of objects, flora and fauna in, making for quite a surreal collection. Most of the artwork was either done for the Guardian newspaper or Kingfisher books. As a child I was always fascinated by collections of various kinds found in museums.
